Leading accounting and profitability consulting firm, Cg Tax, Audit & Advisory (Cg), will welcome CPA firm, Potter & LaMarca LLP, with offices in Staten Island, N.Y. and Red Bank, N.J., this January 2023. The addition of Potter & LaMarca enhances the value-added solutions provided by both firms in tax preparation and planning, accounting and advisory services, as well as financial statement review and planning. Potter & LaMarca will join Cg in its Tinton Falls, N.J. office while maintaining their current space in Staten Island, N.Y.
Jeffrey Potter, CPA and Fred LaMarca, CPA, CFP founded Potter & LaMarca in 1989. The firm is widely recognized for its knowledge and expertise in providing comprehensive tax management and accounting services, audits, financial statements, and financial planning. Jeffrey and Fred each have more than 40 years of public accounting experience and specialize in servicing closely held businesses and high net worth individuals.

Fred LaMarca focuses on tax planning and financial consulting for clients in the professional services, staffing companies, and real estate industries, and holds various securities and insurance licenses. Fred is a past president of the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce and past president of the Staten Island Chapter of the New York State Society of CPAs.
