Danielle Bagdzinski is the Director of Marketing, Talent & Team for leading accounting and profitability consulting firm, Cg Tax, Audit & Advisory. With more than 16 years of professional experience, Danielle manages all communications strategy; digital/print marketing; graphic design; social media and e-mail marketing campaigns; advertising; events; editorial content; website maintenance; media relations; and branding for the firm.
In addition to firm communications, Danielle is also responsible for sourcing top industry talent, as well as developing and improving programs focused on employee culture, engagement, and morale.
Danielle participates in a variety of speaking engagements. She was a panelist for CentraState Healthcare Foundation’s ‘How to Attract and Retain Millennial Talent’ and also a panelist at the Monmouth-Ocean Development Council’s marketing seminar presenting social media marketing for business. She’s represented Cg at the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore’s Career Fair discussing career opportunities in the accounting profession and participated in a local radio interview focusing on women in the accounting field.
She is an active member of the Association of Accounting Marketing, CPAmerica, Inc., and the Conservancy of Southwest Florida. Danielle is a former board member of the Monmouth Regional Chamber of Commerce and former chair of the chamber’s Young Professionals Group.
Danielle was honored by NJBIZ as a 40 Under 40 Award Recipient in October 2020, and received the 2019 Monmouth Regional Chamber of Commerce Beacon of Excellence Young Professional of the year Award. She was a candidate in the New Jersey Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) 2018 Man & Woman of the Year Campaign where she raised almost $40,000 for LLS to continue its mission to find a cure for blood cancer. She was also nominated in 2018 for the International ATHENA® Young Professional Leadership Award by the Monmouth Regional Chamber of Commerce. Danielle received the 2017 Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore Phenomenal Women Under 40 Award; the 2015 Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore Council President’s Award; the 2014 Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore ‘Above & Beyond’ Award for efforts following Superstorm Sandy; and the 2013 President’s Award from the Jersey Shore Public Relations & Advertising Association in the Digital/Interactive Media category.
Danielle graduated with distinction in 2007 from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ, earning a master of arts in Strategic Communication. She also received a bachelor of arts in English with a minor in the Sociology of Law, Criminology & Deviance from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN in 2005.
