Anthony J. Turano, CPA, has more than 12 years of experience in public accounting. As a Shareholder in Cg Tax, Audit & Advisory’s Accounting & Auditing Services Group, he assists a variety of clients with their financial and operational concerns, bringing significant financial accounting and reporting experience to his client engagements. Anthony works closely with clients on accounting, financial planning and cash-flow issues to enhance client profitability and maximize savings.
Anthony prepares, reviews and audits financial statements and related disclosures for companies of various sizes and structures to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP/IFRS regulatory requirements and supervises staff on audit engagements. Anthony’s technical experience includes ASC 606 revenue recognition, ASC 842 lease standard, Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404, complex debt and equity instruments, carve-out audits and financial statement preparation under Rule 3-05 of Regulation S-X. He has also served entities involved in the IPO process.
During his time in the private industry, Anthony was a manager of consolidations and international accounting where he led the global implementation of several systems including Hyperion HFN, Blackline, Concur T&E and Invoice Management.
